My passions are painting, and art jounaling, and mixed media art. I love living a creative life, reading, and watching films. I play harmonium, and sing Indian Bhajans.

I'm a news junkie and follow politics - the Nation is my favorite magazine. I'm definately a latte drinking, arugula eating, left wing aging hippie with a degree in English from the University of Iowa and a teaching certificate in Engish Education. I  care about the environment, and making the world a better place. I love living green, eating organic food, and living a simple life. I love the mystical and have meditated for most of my life.
